AECOM Tishman, in a joint venture with LF Driscoll, served as construction manager for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) Roberts Center for Pediatric Research. The $270 million project encompassed approximately 666,519 gross square feet, including a 475,373-square-foot office tower and a 191,146-square-foot, three-story plinth with parking, MEP and a loading dock.

The center houses CHOP’s clinical research and support staff.
