AECOM provided construction management services for the LIFE-Primorsky residential complex, which consists of four buildings ranging from nine to 12 stories high.

With close access to transportation, the complex is within walking distance to the metro station and in close proximity to one of the main city arteries – Primorsky Avenue – connecting the community with other districts and serving as a link to popular recreation areas. LIFE-Primorsky is also located near the Western High-Speed Diameter toll motorway.

We provided project management services for the first phase of construction of the four buildings. The buildings cover an area of 80.1K square meters and will feature integrated commercial premises and a semi-underground parking lot in addition to a kindergarten.

At the MIPIM real estate exhibition in 2015, Pioneer Group announced the second phase of construction, which began in December 2015 and includes three 10-story residential buildings comprising 297 apartments, as well as commercial premises, a medical center and an underground parking lot. The total area of the project’s second phase is 30.8K square metres.
