Company expands business development team to drive growth in the Mid-Atlantic region

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Oct. 6, 2014) — Tishman Construction, an AECOM company, announced today that Greg Gouldin has joined the firm as Vice President of Business Development for Tishman’s Mid-Atlantic region. From new multifamily residential buildings to the redevelopment of existing properties, opportunities are on the rise across the Washington, D.C., metro area and the surrounding states. Mr. Gouldin will be responsible for further developing Tishman’s business as a general contractor, leveraging the firm’s construction expertise in growing markets.

Mr. Gouldin has over 15 years of experience overseeing new business in the engineering, constructing and design-build services industry. Additionally, he is an active member of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, the Urban Land Institute, the U.S. Green Building Council and NAIOP, a leading commercial real estate industry group.

Prior to joining Tishman, Mr. Gouldin served as director of business development and marketing of Foulger-Pratt Contracting, LLC, where he was responsible for leading the business development and marketing efforts of the company’s $190 million contracting division. He holds a master of business administration degree from Old Dominion University and a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University.
