We provide comprehensive surveying expertise, acting as designers and Assigned and Design Certifiers on new build projects, conduct stock condition surveys, provide dilapidations consultancy services, conduct preventative maintenance planning and develop backlog maintenance schedules. Working closely with our project and cost managers, architects and engineers, our building surveyors act as lead consultant on a range of commissions, from technical due diligence, and defects investigations to refurbishment and remediation works.
