Bursting with color, an upgraded elementary school library quietly awaits the return of its scholastic inhabitants. It is one of a myriad of new modular school rooms, playgrounds and building upgrades which AECOM has recently helped bring to the San Francisco Unified School District through their Bond Programs. From 2006 to 2011, AECOM served as Construction Manager for $61 million of improvements and, beginning in 2012, continued work for another $49.7 million of upgrades as both Construction Manager and Program Management Support Contractor.

The exposure was 1.3 seconds at f/14, ISO 100 on a Canon 5D mk III camera with 24-105mm lens and circular polarizing filter on a tripod.
