Architecture, Environment

A Family takes a breather to grab some food sitting next to a giant Komodo Dragon statue inside the Ocean Eco Park at Ancol in northern Jakarta, Indonesia.

AECOM was selected to provide landscape architecture and planning services for the sprawling lifestyle and leisure waterfront resort park. This central park connects 7 adjacent theme parks and has 4 main zones (Eco Energy, Care, Nature and Art) to raise awareness and teach about environment-centric civic coexistence. Running trails follow a boating channel and connect different activity areas such as wildlife viewing areas, exercise equipment circuit training. Bumper boats and wedding ceremony areas intermix with Koi ponds, restaurants, and waterfront seating. Paintball courses were included with a zip line area.

This exposure was taken at 1/80th of a second at f 8.0 at ISO 2500 on a Canon 1Dx camera with 24mm tilt-shift lens and heliopan polarizing filter.
