In Europe, AECOM has been at the forefront of supporting the transition to economic freedom and democracy for the last two decades. With our partners in the public and private sectors, we have supported post-Soviet transitions throughout Central and Eastern Europe and the Caucasus. Our work in Europe spans ten countries and over 15 years. Our teams have helped to reform the social protection system in Armenia, facilitate the development of free economic zones in Serbia, and establish effective local government institutions in Bosnia, Romania, Kosovo, and Serbia.
