Located in Henggang block of the suburb of Shenzhen, Shenzhen China Overseas Grand Hill Garden is a large-scale residential mixed-use development. Our architects transformed the originally complex landscape into a mild-sloped and tiered orientation to preserve the landscape scenery. We strived to maintaining the high-points of the landscape element, balancing the earthwork and increasing the site values. The introduction of circular and straight roads successfully solved the traffic problem. Our innovative design improved the openness and integrated the public space into residential cluster. Also, the creative courtyard clustered villas made the small townhouses efficient. The combination in construction of diversified natural materials strengthened the combined modern with a natural and traditional architectural style.
