Our Role: Master planning and project management for the development of a complete new town involving management of multidisciplinary team and programming of contracts, with planning, design, and construction being carried out in interrelated contracts. Works include planning and design of reclamation, site formation, highway network, tunnel and bridges, and transportation systems and services.
