Overall services include architectural engineering, structural engineering design and building services engineering design. These core disciplines are supplemented by our specialists who apply expertise in areas such as acoustics, sustainability, seismic design, fire engineering, security, building modeling, façade engineering, system solutions, information technology and telecommunications.

An important part of our service offering is in the arena of building performance optimization which includes building forensics, energy auditing, advanced computational modeling, building commissioning and LEED consultancy.

We believe that the most effective way to achieve optimal performance in buildings is to provide a comprehensive service based on integrating a range of engineering disciplines. Regardless of a building’s style or function – whether a corporate headquarters, shopping mall, hospital, hotel or sports arena – facilities rely on the incorporation appropriate technology and benefit from the application of sustainable principles.

We embrace our responsibility to help clients reduce the environmental impact of their buildings through planning for the wise use of resources and designing for long-term efficiency.

Beyond traditional design services we routinely work with government agencies and municipalities on strategic policy regarding energy use and planning.
